Your Mentionlytics subscription renewal date is based on the date your last invoice was issued.
How to check your renewal date
To find your renewal cycle:
Go to Settings → Plan & Billing
Locate your latest invoice
The invoice issue date determines your billing cycle
Example: If your last invoice was issued on February 17th, 2026, your next renewal will be on March 17th, 2026.
What happens if I don’t pay on time?
If an invoice is not paid by its due date:
After 7 days (past due): Your account access will be restricted.
After an additional 7 days (14 days in total):
New mentions will stop being collected.
Your account will be automatically canceled.
Important notes
Your billing cycle remains fixed based on the original invoice date, even if payment is delayed.
To avoid interruptions, we recommend ensuring the timely payment of your invoices.
