How to Connect Multiple Google Accounts to Paige

If you manage Google Business Profiles across different Google accounts, you can connect them all to a single Paige account.

How to Connect an Additional Google Account to Paige

  1. Log into Paige with the Google account you want to be the master account

    • The Google account you are logged into when you add additional accounts becomes the master account.

    • This is important because all future logins must use this account to see all connected Google Business Profiles.

    • If you are not logged into this account, log out of Paige now and log back in using the correct Google account.

  2. Click on the profile menu in the top-right corner

  3. Select “Add another account”

  4. Log into your additional Google account

    • You will go through the same Google authentication process as when you first connected a Google account to Paige.

  5. Repeat this process for each additional Google account you want to connect.

Once connected, all your Google Business Profiles from multiple Google accounts will be accessible in your master Paige account.


What If You Already Have Multiple Paige Accounts?

If you’ve already created separate Paige accounts under different Google emails, you will need to pick which Paige account you want to keep as the "Master account" and cancel your other Paige subscriptions. Once you cancel the other subscriptions, you can log into the master account, connect those other Google email accounts, then start onboarding those businesses again. All information will be imported into your master account, so you will not need to do the setup process again for these migrated businesses.


How Billing Works When Connecting Multiple Accounts

  • Once accounts are connected, all new subscriptions and subscription changes will be tied to the master account’s billing information.


Beta Feature: Known Limitations

This feature is currently in beta, so you may encounter some issues. If you do, please reach out to our support team via livechat, and we’ll fix them as soon as possible.


📌 Current Limitations:

  1. You cannot create a client user that has access to businesses that are managed by different Google accounts. We are actively working on a fix, which we expect to roll out by April 2025.

  2. You cannot merge more than one existing Paige subscription. Before you can connect businesses from multiple Google accounts, you must first cancel the other Paige accounts and then sign up those canceled businesses in your master Paige account.
