How to Order NFC Review Cards from Paige

At Paige, we’ve made it as easy as possible for you to collect reviews by offering NFC Review Cards—a simple, modern way to get more customer feedback on the spot, and for significantly less than you can purchase elsewhere pre-programmed.


What Are NFC Review Cards?

NFC stands for Near Field Communication. It’s the same technology used when people tap their phones to make contactless payments.

Our NFC review cards are:

  • Unbranded: There’s no company name or logo on the card or the envelope, aside from the Google logo.

  • Pre-programmed: The card is already set up with your unique Paige review link—no setup required!

  • Ready to use right away: Simply open the envelope, take out the card, and start asking customers to tap their phones.

  • Only $10 per card: At this time, you can order one card at a time.

How to Order an NFC Review Card

Ordering your NFC review card from Paige is quick and easy. Here's how you can do it:

  1. During the onboarding process you'll see a popup that asks if you'd like to purchase an NFC card

  2. If you want to purchase another one, you can select the business from the top business selection dropdown, then go to https://app.localmarketingmanager.com/reviews?onboarding=true to trigger the onboarding flow again. This is a temporary solution until we enable you to simply click a button to order another one.

Some important notes:

  • We ship the same business day you place your order as long as you placed the order by 2pm Pacific Time.

  • Cards are shipped via USPS Ground, which usually takes up to 5 business days to arrive.

  • The envelope is plain and unbranded for your privacy. Nothing in the envelope will be branded as Paige or Merchynt.

  • If your card doesn’t arrive within 2 weeks, please contact our friendly support team via live chat and we’ll look into additional options.

  • To keep the price for us both down, we do not have the ability to track orders.


How to Use the NFC Review Card

Once your card arrives, you can start using it right away! There’s no setup or activation needed.

How to Show It to Your Customers:

  1. Ask your customer to take out their phone.

  2. Gently tap the card to the top back of their phone.

    • For iPhones: The NFC reader is near the top back of the phone.

    • For most Android phones: The NFC reader is also near the top back but sometimes closer to the center. If it doesn't work right away, try moving the card around the back of the phone slowly.

  3. After the tap, a pop-up notification will appear on the phone screen.

  4. Ask your customer to tap the notification.

  5. This will automatically open your Paige review request link in their phone’s web browser.

  6. The customer can now quickly leave you a review right there on the spot.

📱 Tip:

If the tap doesn’t work immediately:

  • Check that NFC is enabled on their phone (most phones have this on by default, but sometimes it's turned off in settings).

  • Try gently moving the card around the back of the phone to find the NFC reader spot.

  • Make sure the card is physically touching the back of their phone. NFC technology can only transmit data a short distance.

  • Pre-program the cards so you can use them immediately.
