Inviting Additional Portal Users
Only users that you invited from within your Mercu account can sign up for a portal user account under your Mercu account.
To invite a new portal user to your Mercu account, please follow these steps:
Navigate to the 'Account' page via the platform sidebar.
On the 'Portal Users' tab, click on 'Add Portal User'
Fill out the required details
Click on 'Invite' to invite the portal user to join your Mercu account
Once you click on Invite, an invite email will be sent to the specified email address.
Preferred notification channel
The preferred notification channel sets the user's preferred channel on which they would like to receive updates from Mercu.
Currently, the main updates we send are around our Auto-Match interview scheduling feature. However, we're working on a few more features that will make use of the preferred notification channel.
As WhatsApp offers the best user experience, we suggest to set WhatsApp as the preferred notification channel.

New Portal User Sign Up
Once you invite a new portal user, they will receive an email (all portal invites are sent via email, not via the preferred notification channel).
From that email, they will be directed to app.mercu.com. For the very first time, they need to click on 'Sign Up' and go through the sign-up flow, using the same email address on which they received the portal user invite.
