Welcome to our guide on the user check-in process. This guide is essential because a smooth check-in process ensures all necessary preparations are in place, leading to a positive experience from the outset.


Steps to Manage Check-in

Step 1: Navigate to 'Bookings'

Access the 'Bookings' section on your dashboard to manage all scheduled appointments and the clients who have booked them.

Once you're in the 'Bookings' section, it's time to pick a booking to work with. This step is pretty straightforward.

Step 2: Review Uploaded Documents

After selecting a booking, the next step is to explore the boat and customer documents. This is where you can access and view all the documents that the boater has uploaded.

To view them, look for a section labeled 'Boat Documents' and 'Customer Documents'. Clicking on this will open up a repository of all the uploaded files related to the boat.

Step 3: Access the Boater's Profile & Mark as Check-in

With the documents reviewed, it's now time to access the boater's profile. This is where you can find more in-depth information about the boater you're working with. The profile includes contact, boat, billing and booking information.

To view the boater's profile, look for an option that says 'View Profile' within the booking details.

Select 'Edit', then scroll to the bottom of the page.

Scroll down to locate the Customer Check-in Section and click 'Mark as Checked-In' to update the status, confirming that the check-in is complete.

Click 'Save' to ensure all changes are properly recorded.

Note: This step is a confirmation that all necessary checks have been completed and that both you and the boater are prepared for the upcoming trip.
