Efficiently manage your document requests with our streamlined process, designed to enhance compliance and reduce manual efforts. This guide outlines the key steps to effectively request and collect necessary documents from boaters through our system.
Step 1: Navigate to the Bookings and Select a Booking
Start by accessing the 'Bookings' tab from the main menu. This central hub is where you initiate the document request process. Inside the 'Bookings' section, select the booking you wish to manage.
Step 2: Access the Boater's Profile
Then, click on View Profile for the selected booking.
Step 3: Access Boater Information
Delve further into the boater's profile by clicking on Boater Access.
Here, you can check if the boater has successfully activated their account. Once activated, you'll be able to send an email reminding them to update all pending details and documents.
To do so, click on 'Prepare to send the email' and a side view will open with all the information you can request.
Note: In order to request documents from the boater, they must have already activated their account beforehand.
Then, select what information you want to request from the Boater and the Boat and click on Send Email to fianlise the process.
By simplifying the process into a single click, you eliminate unnecessary friction and expedite the document collection process.
