Getting Started
First, head to the Requests tab where you'll find all your booking requests waiting for your attention.
Clicking on Requests will lead you to the Pending tab, where all pending requests that require action on your end are listed.
Understanding Request Details
To delve deeper into a pending request, simply click anywhere on the respective bar to explore its details.
Request Details Page
Upon entering the Request Details page, you'll find all the essential information neatly laid out for your convenience. Lets explore each section in detail:
Reservation Details
Get an overview of the request's status (pending, waitlisted, confirmed, declined or reserved), and the check-in and check-out dates.
Current Berth Allocation
Here is where you assign a berth to the booking request by clicking on Change Berth.
The system will automatically show you those available berths that better fits the boat dimensions.
Boat Details
View boat specifications, including a picture, name, type of boat and size.
Boater's Information
Access details about the boater, including their name, email, and customer status.
Requested Utilities & Services
In this section, you'll find a list of all Utilities and Services requested by the Boater during their booking process.
As the service provider, you have the flexibility to either accept or decline these requests based on your current availability and automatically communicating your decisions to the Boater, ensuring they are well-informed and can plan accordingly.

Boat & Customer Documents
Access and view all documents uploaded by the boater.
Confirming Booking Requests
Finally, once you're familiar with the request details, you can proceed to manage the booking request as needed, either by Proceeding to Confirm, Waitlisting or Declining it.
