Learn how to accept or reject services and utilities in a few clicks to streamline your process.

Overview

Boaters often specify utilities and services they require during their stay. This could include access to the fuel station, water supply, electricity, and more. Here's how to manage these requests efficiently.


Step 1: Access Utilities and Services Requests


Below the berth allocation, we can find the 'Requested Utilities & Services' part of our booking request.

Here we find all the services the boater requested with his booking through Metarina:

💡 If we create a booking manually, there won't be any requests listed here, as we will directly add them with the charges.


Step 2: Manage Requests


Next to each request, we can see the current status of the Request. If it indicates 'Pending for approval' we have to accept or reject the request by clicking on the three dots on the right:

💡 Once you have accepted or rejected the Utilities & Services, the boater will be automatically notified about the status of their requested services.

We recommend to always add the charge of this amenity, as this will save you some extra work later on:
