Overview
When you receive a booking request, you need to confirm availability and price, then request payment. Use the Request Payment to Confirm button on the booking page.
Step 1: Open the pending request
Navigate to Reservations → Requests and find the booking marked as Pending. Click on any request to open it.
Step 2: Check if the booking is ready
Before requesting payment, make sure:
A berth is allocated (shows under "Current Berth Allocation")
Any requested utilities are accepted or rejected
The customer onboarding progress shows they can receive emails
Step 3: Access the payment options
Click the Request Payment to Confirm button in the top right corner.
This takes you to the Billing Charges page where you can see all charges for this booking.
Step 4: Add or adjust charges
Review the charges listed. If you need to:
Add a charge – Click “Add a Charge” button in the top right
Common charges include:
Berth fee for the stay period
Electricity or water if requested
Any marina services
Step 5: Select "Payment at Marina"
In the popup window:
Choose Payment at Marina (cash/card at arrival)
Or choose Online Payment if you have Stripe connected
Check Notify the boater via email to send payment details
Add a note if needed (optional)
Click Request
