The following article will help guide you through the process to add your wash tag in the Milk Moovement app.
By inputting wash tags into Milk Moovement, it allows for a digital record of the wash slip and wash seal (CIP Seal). It assists in maintaining greater security in the case of a missing or misplaced slips.
After starting a Scheduled Route, New Route, or Existing Route, you will be brought to the ‘Actions’ screen; here you will see the Route Number and LT at the top of the screen. The ‘Actions’ button will be in the middle, and Drop Trailer/ Close Route will be at the bottom.
Note: Some regions will prompt you to enter your Wash information automatically after selecting your Route; for these regions, skip to Step 4.
To begin, tap the ‘Actions’ button in the middle of the screen.
You will be prompted with a few options on this screen; to input your wash tags into the app, click the option “Wash”.
A new window will appear for you to select your CIP Facility; use the search bar to manually type the name of the facility, or scan the QR code of the facility you’re at (availability may differ) and tap the blue ‘Next’ button at the bottom of the screen.
Select your Date and Time using the Date & Time buttons at the top of the screen.
Select the 'Attach Wash Tag' option just below your selected Time, and select either the 'Choose From Gallery' or 'Capture Image' option.
Tap ‘Add Wash Seal’ in the middle of the screen, then select your Seal Type, and either scan the barcode, or manually type it into the Number field.
Tap blue ‘ADD’ button at the bottom of the screen.
Repeat Steps 5, 6, & 7 to add additional Wash Seal types.
After adding all Wash Seals, tap blue ‘Complete Wash’ button at the bottom of the screen.
Once you’ve successfully saved the Wash Seals you’ve uploaded into the Milk Moovement app, you can proceed with any of the additional Actions, or Drop Trailer if another Driver will be taking over!
