Anyone with the appropriate permissions—such as an Org Admin, Jobsite Admin, or Team Manager—can create and send messages to their designated jobsite(s)/team(s). Messages can be sent via the MindForge web or mobile apps. This article details the steps to send a message on the web.
How to send a Message
Navigate to the Message Center
Click on "Create New Message."
Select Message Type: Choose either Announcement or Bulletin Board Message.
Select Recipients: Choose the groups you wish to send the message to.
Add Details: Enter a message title and content.
Include Attachments: Attach any necessary files, such as documents or images.
Send: Click "Send" to distribute the message.
