How to Create and Send a Message on the Web

Anyone with the appropriate permissions—such as an Org Admin, Jobsite Admin, or Team Manager—can create and send messages to their designated jobsite(s)/team(s). Messages can be sent via the MindForge web or mobile apps. This article details the steps to send a message on the web.

How to send a Message

  1. Navigate to the Message Center

  2. Click on "Create New Message."

  3. Select Message Type: Choose either Announcement, Bulletin Board Message, or Urgent Announcement.

  4. Select Recipients: Choose the groups you wish to send the message to.

  5. Add Details: Enter a message title and content.

  6. Include Attachments: Attach any necessary files, such as documents or images.

  7. Send: Click "Send" to distribute the message.

NOTE: If you do not see the option to create a new message, you do not have the correct permissions. Please reach out to your admin to update your access.
