Anyone with the appropriate permissions—such as an Org Admin, Jobsite Admin, or Team Manager—can create and send messages to their designated jobsite(s)/team(s). Messages can be sent via the MindForge web or mobile apps. This article details the steps to send a message on the Mobile.
On the Mobile App
Go to the Messages Tab: Click the plus sign (+) to create a new message.
Select Message Type: Choose either Announcement or Bulletin Board Message.
Select Recipients: Choose your target audience.
Add Details: Enter a message title and content.
Include Attachments: Attach any necessary files.
Send: Click "Send" to distribute the message.
NOTE: If you do not see the (+) to create a new message, you do not have the correct permissions. Please reach out to your admin to update your access.
