Overview
Scheduling a message allows you to plan communications in advance, ensuring they reach the right people at the right time. Keep in mind that messages must be created on the MindForge web platform in order to schedule them. Announcements and Bulletin Board Messages are the only message types that can be scheduled.
Steps to Schedule a Message
Go to the Message Center – Log into your MindForge account on the web platform and click Message Center in the navigation menu.
Create a new message – Click Create a Message to start composing your communication.
Select the assignee(s) – Choose the individual(s) or groups who should receive the message.
Add message details – Enter a subject, write the content, and attach any necessary files.
Set the scheduled time – On the confirmation screen, click Send at a Later Time, then select the desired date and time for the message to be sent.
Confirm scheduling – Click Ok, Send It to finalize and schedule the message.
Viewing Scheduled Messages
To check messages that are scheduled to be sent:
Navigate to the Message Center
Click on the Scheduled tab at the top of the message feed
Here, you can review your scheduled messages and ensure everything is set as planned.
To cancel or edit a scheduled message:
Select the message you want to edit (Applicable when multiple messages are scheduled)
Click on the three-dot menu to see the options to Cancel Scheduled Message or Change Date/Time.
