Steps to Download Your Certificate
Open the Mobile App
Launch the app and sign in to your account.Access Your Profile
Tap on your profile icon in the top left corner.Navigate to Assignments
Select Assignments from the profile menu.Go to the Completed Tab
Tap on the Completed tab to view all the courses you have finished. The app will default to the completed tab first.Select a Course
From the list of completed courses, tap on the name of the course for which you want to download the certificate.Download the Certificate
After picking the course, select the Download Certificate option. From that page, you can save or share the certificate.
Additional Information
Certificates are available only for courses that have been fully completed.
Ensure you are using the latest version of the mobile app to access this feature - version 4.6.0 or above.
NOTE: Certificates of completion are ONLY available in the profile Assignments listing on mobile.
