To Share a Jobsite Join Code:
Open the MindForge app on your smartphone.
Tap the Groups tab.
Find and select the Jobsite you want to share.
Tap Show Join Code.
Choose one of the following options:
Member Join Code – adds People as members.
Manager Join Code – adds People as managers.
Now hold up your phone so the worker can scan the QR code using:
Their phone camera,
A QR code scanner app
The Join button in the MindForge app.
Once scanned, they’ll be taken through registration (if they haven’t registered yet), then placed directly into the selected jobsite or team.
To Share a Team-Specific Join Code:
In the MindForge mobile app, navigate to the Groups tab.
Tap on the Jobsite containing the team.
Scroll to find and tap on the team to which you want to invite someone.
Tap Show Join Code for that team.
Choose from:
Member Join Code
Manager Join Code
Now, hold your phone up so the worker can scan the code, just like with Jobsite codes.
The worker will be directly added to that specific team.
