The Message Center in MindForge is designed to help you efficiently communicate crucial, just-in-time information to everyone in the field. Whether you need to reach your entire jobsite or specific teams, MindForge provides a user-friendly platform for sharing work-related communication.

Types of Messages

1. Announcements

Announcements are designed for one-way communication. These messages do not allow for replies, making them perfect for:

  • Weather alerts

  • Safety reminders

  • Event reminders

  • Kudos and recognition and more!

Announcements support multiple attachments.

File types supported are: PDF's, Video files, and Image files.

Announcements are ideal when you need to disseminate information quickly and efficiently without expecting any feedback or conversation.

2. Bulletin Board Messages

Bulletin Board Messages allow for two-way communication within a specific team. Team members can reply to the message thread and even attach an image or video. These messages are best used for:

  • Facilitating crew communication

  • Planning the day's work

  • Soliciting feedback

  • Creating internal knowledge threads

Bulletin Board Messages support multiple attachments.

File types supported are: PDF's, Video files, and Image files.

Bulletin Board Messages are great for discussions and collaborative communication within a team.
