Tracking message views and acknowledgments serves two primary purposes.

  1. Provides a way to verify who has seen important messages, offering accountability and ensuring that critical information has been communicated effectively. This can be crucial in professional settings where acknowledging receipt of instructions or updates is necessary.

  2. Helps in understanding the reach of communications by revealing how many people have been engaged. This insight allows organizations to assess the effectiveness of their messaging strategies and make adjustments to improve outreach and engagement.

Using the Mobile App to Track Messages

  1. Select the messages tab and open a message.

  2. Tap the three dots to open the menu.

  3. Select "See Views" to view who and when the message was viewed.

  4. Select "See Acknowledgments" to view who clicked the thumbs up.

Using the Web to Track Messages

  1. Click on the message center and open a message.

  2. Identify the icons for views (eyeball) and acknowledgments (thumbs up).

  3. Click the number next to the icon to see the list of who viewed or acknowledged the message.
