Tracking the completion of training assignments is a crucial aspect of managing your crews and jobsites. MindForge offers multiple ways to monitor and ensure that your team members have completed their training. Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to track training completions depending on where the course is assigned.

Tracking Completions via the Dashboard - Org Admin View Only

As an Org Admin, you can easily view all your training assignments from the Dashboard. Here’s how:

  • Step 1: Click on the Dashboard.

  • Step 2: Open the Training tab. This tab provides a comprehensive record of all your assignments.

On this page, you will see important details such as:

  • Course Title: The name of the course.

  • Assignment Type: Whether the assignment is for an individual or a group.

  • Assigned Group/Individual: Who the course is assigned to.

  • Total Assigned: The total number of people assigned to the course.

  • Total Completed: The total number of people who have completed the course.

  • Completion Percentage: The percentage of the assignment that has been completed.

For more options, click on the three dots next to any assignment. You will see two options:

  • View Enrollment: This opens a window displaying the names of individuals in that assignment and their completion percentages.

  • Edit Assignment: This takes you directly to the assignment page for that course.

Accessing the Assignment Page Through the Course List

Another method to monitor completion status is by accessing the assignment page directly from the course list. Here’s how:

  • Step 1: Search for the course in the Custom Course List or the Marketplace.

  • Step 2: Select the course to open its assignment page.

The assignment page provides detailed insights, including:

  • Assigned Individuals or Groups

  • Assignment Method

  • Completion Status

  • Due Date

  • Reminder Notification Date

You can also use filters on this page to view the assignment by an individual or group.

Tracking Completions for Jobsite-Wide Assignments

Permission levels: Org Admin & Jobsite Admin

For assignments that are jobsite-wide, you can track completions directly from the Jobsites page:

  1. Go to the Jobsites page.

  2. Click on the Training tab.

In this tab, you will see:

  • Course Title: The name of the course assigned to the jobsite.

  • Total Members Assigned: The number of members assigned to the course.

  • Total Members Completed: The number of members who have completed the course.

  • Completion Percentage: The percentage of the jobsite that has completed the assignment.

By following these steps, you can effectively monitor the training progress of your teams, ensuring that everyone is up-to-date and ready to perform their tasks safely and efficiently.
