Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting
Problem: I am not receiving my scheduled email reports.
Solution: If you are not receiving your reports, first verify that the email address is correctly spelled and exists in the Minga Manager user list. Additionally, check your spam folder or contact your IT department to ensure Minga automated emails are not being blocked by a school firewall.
Problem: The "Schedule a Report" button is missing.
Solution: If you cannot see the option to schedule a report, please verify with your Account Owner that you have Minga Manager permissions, as this feature is restricted to specific administrative roles.
Problem: The report is blank or not showing all the data it should.
Solution: Double-check when the report is set to run. Scheduled reports take data from the day it is scheduled, so if your report is set to be delivered at 6 am, it will return data until 6am that day.
