Source: ship) when trying to generate a label for Royal Mail it means the service you are using is a tracked service and you haven't provided a Phone Number and/ or Email Address.
When the service is tracked a notification is sent to the receiver either by phone or email to give them an update on their parcel. If this information is missing Royal Mail cannot fulfil this feature.
