Royal Mail - Tracking numbers not saving

Certain Royal Mail services do not provide complete end-to-end tracking, which can lead to difficulties for customers attempting to track their goods, as the tracking number may seem invalid. Additionally, some services only supply tracking information after delivery has occurred. For this reason, the default configuration in Mintsoft is set not to store the tracking number. To configure this on Royal Mail services within Mintsoft, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click Shipping Management then Extras.

  2. Next, click CourierServiceCodes.

  3. Find the required service code and click Edit.

  4. In the ExtraCode4 field, remove NONE.

  5. Finally, click Update.
