Connection issues

Test Mode

To make the Deutsche Post integration live go to Connect and then Courier Integrations. Click the Deutsche Post Integration then click Edit. You can then turn the TestMode field off. Once you have followed these steps, please re-try to generate the shipment to test.

Missing information

Please ensure the customerEkp and customerEkpLca fields on the Deutsche Post connection has been filled in.

Manifests have not been closed off

To close off any outstanding manifests for Deutsche Post, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click Connect then Courier Integrations.

  2. Next click Deutsche Post Integration then click Manifests.

  3. Once on this screen click Create.

    • If you get an error turn on Manually Override - You'll need to get paperwork directly from Courier.

    • Click Create again.

  4. Re-try to generate the shipment.

Bad or mismatched data

The last check is to make sure the Address is correct, and the details on the Order are correct and match up, for example, the Address points to Germany but the Country selected is America.
