Prerequisite - Generating credentials
To integrate Deutsche Post with Mintsoft, you must have your customerEkp and customerEkpLca details which can be obtained from Deutsche Post.
Connecting a Deutsche Post account
To integrate Deutsche Post with Mintsoft, please follow the steps below:
Click Connect then Courier Integrations.
Next, click DeutschePost then Add Account.
(3PL Only) Select the Client.
Select the Warehouse.
Enter your customerEkp and customerEkpLca details.
Select the Label Type to print.
Next, click Add.
Then, raise a new case online and reference the title of this article.
The Mintsoft Support team must authenticate the account with Deutsche Post.
Manifesting / Outer Bag AWB Labels
At the end of the day when shipment processing is complete for Deutsche Post, you must Manifest and close out the shipments. To manifest Deutsche Post shipments, please follow the steps below:
Click Connect then Courier Integrations.
Next, click DeutschePost then Manifests.
In the AWB Count field, enter the number of AWB labels required.
Finally, click Create.
LCA Setup
To use LCA with Deutsche Post, you first must add the customerEkpLca details to the Deutsche Post account on Mintsoft. Then, additional LCA Deutsche Post service(s) must be setup and mapped to service codes with TRUE in Extra Code 2. It will then trigger two orders to be created with Deutsche Post automatically. To add TRUE to Extra Code 2 of the Deutsche Post services, please follow the steps below:
Click Shipping Management then Extras.
Click Courier Service Codes then search DeutschePost.
Click Edit against the service you want LCA enabled for.
Enter TRUE into ExtraCode2.
Click Update.
Repeat Steps 2-5 for other services.
