To resolve this issue please raise a new case online reference the title of this article and provide the AWB Count so the correct number of shipments is manifested. Support needs to manually manifest the shipments then you can generate shipment for new orders. For shipments that support manually manifests you can get the documents from Deutsche Post portal.
