Amazon - Why is my order locked?

The following information applies to the Amazon integration with Mintsoft.

Due to a recent change put in place by Amazon, orders that are imported from Amazon to Mintsoft can no longer be edited, all changes must be made on Amazon before importing.

If you require the order to reimport, please cancel and delete the current order, make the change(s) on Amazon and allow it to reimport to Mintsoft.

The following fields are allowed to be edited and changed in Mintsoft once the order has been imported from Amazon:

  • Tracking Number.

  • Part.

  • Number of Parts.

  • Courier Service Type and Courier Services.

  • Required Delivery Date.

  • Required Despatch Date.

  • Number of Parcels.

  • Weight.

  • Packing Notes.

  • Gift Messages.

  • Delivery Notes.
