The error (An exception has been raised as a result of client data. InnerMessage:Hard120300Missing or invalid ship from company name) from UPS occurs when the Name and Brand fields are empty on the 3PL Client details page. To resolve this, please follow the steps below:
Click Clients then Overview.
Search for the client.
Click Actions then Edit.
Make sure the Name and Brand fields are filled in.
Ensure the fields doesn't exceed 35 Characters.
Finally, click Save.
