The error (Hard128125 Invalid or missing ShipFrom tax identification) from UPS occurs when the 3PL client selected for shipping is missing its EORI or VAT number.

Click Clients then Overview.
Search for the relevant client.
Click Actions then Edit.
Click the Customs Information tab.
Ensure that both the VAT Number and EORI Number fields are correctly populated.
