Note: The TikTok integration is a Premium integration with associated costs.
TikTok Integration Features
The TikTok integration provides these features:
Order sync.
Stock and product sync.
Despatch updates (status and tracking information).
Note: Mintsoft only supports one SKU per product on TikTok. While TikTok allows you to use the same SKU for multiple products, this isn't supported with the Mintsoft integration. Mintsoft can only update one product (SKU) on TikTok per product on Mintsoft.
Add the TikTok account on Mintsoft
Click Connect then click Order Integrations.
Click the Premium tab then click Tiktok.
Click Add Account.
Configure the following options:
Client - Select the client for this integration.
Warehouse - Select the warehouse for this integration.
Channel - Select the channel to import orders through.
Active - Turn this on when you're ready to start importing orders.
Frequency (Minutes) - Set when dispatch updates synchronise back to TikTok. We recommend 15 minutes.
Sync New Products? - Turn this on to import new products created on TikTok.
Product Sync Frequency (Hours) - Set how frequently you want to sync new products. We recommend one hour.
Stock Sync - Turn this on to synchronise stock.
Stock Sync Frequency (Minutes) - Set how frequently you want the stock to sync. We recommend 15, 30, 45, or 60 minutes.
Use TikTok Sandbox? - Also referred to as Test Mode. Only turn this on if advised by TikTok or the Mintsoft Support Team.
(If using Mintsoft Listing & Pricing Engine) TikTok Unique Key - After setting up the account, you'll see a string of letters and numbers in this field. You can use this key to share a connection to a TikTok Account between Mintsoft and the Mintsoft Listing & Pricing Engine.
TikTok Shop API Version - Select the latest API version. The Legacy API version is no longer supported.
Click Add.
Click Authorise.
Log in to the TikTok shop and authorise the connection.
Note: You must use the Owner's Account for this to work correctly.
Once back in Mintsoft, click Edit against the connection.
Select the TikTok Shop you're fulfilling for.
Click Update.
Warning: If you're upgrading the TikTok API version on an existing connection, it will reset the TikTok shop back to None. After changing the API version, check the TikTok Shop field and ensure you've selected the correct shop.
Address formatting for TikTok orders
TikTok orders import into Mintsoft with all address details (Street, Town, Post Code) combined in Address Line 1. You must reformat this before creating a shipment.
Order import criteria
We import orders from TikTok to Mintsoft where:
DeliveryOptionType is SELLER.
OrderStatus is AWAITINGSHIPMENT or AWAITINGCOLLECTION.
Approved couriers for UK
Sellers who fulfil their orders via Mintsoft must use one of TikTok Shop UK's Approved Integrated Carriers:
Royal Mail - 24ยฎ/48ยฎ RM tracked.
Hermes/EVRI.
DPD.
Yodel.
Amazon Logistics.
Parcel2Go.
Parcel Force.
UK Mail.
UPS UK.
DHL UK.
FedEx UK.
APC Overnight.
Panther UK.
Arrow XL.
DX Delivery.
These carriers have been integrated into the TikTok Shop UK Seller Center system to facilitate easy tracking of dispatched orders.
Set up external courier names
To update TikTok orders with the courier and tracking number once dispatched, you'll need an External Courier Name using one of the Approved Couriers above. For more information, see our External Courier Names help guide.
Troubleshooting
If you're using duplicate SKUs on the TikTok integration, you may receive this error: 'Unable to accurately import Product / Sync Stock for SKU as it's duplicated! Please ensure SKU values are unique.'
To resolve this, ensure all SKU values are unique across your TikTok products.
