The following article is applicable to 3PL Customers whose client users cannot see any information within the Despatch Report - Item Level.
Possible Causes
There are two reasons for a client to not be able to see the Despatch Report - Item Level:
Missing Role Permission β Ensure the user has the Reports - ClientReports role enabled.
Warehouse Access Restriction β The user may not have access to all warehouses.
How to check and update Warehouse Access
To check and update the Warehouse Access for a 3PL Client user, please follow the steps below:
Click Settings then Client User Accounts.
Locate the client user.
Click Actions, then Manage Warehouse Access.
Tick All to grant access to all warehouses.
Click Update.
Since this report is based on item-level data, the system requires access to all warehouses. Even if a product exists in only one warehouse, the system cannot filter it out, resulting in blank data unless full access is granted.
