Prerequisite - Role required
The ability to un-verify a product requires a role to be active on your Warehouse user account:
Click Settings then Warehouse User Accounts.
Search for the user.
Click Actions then Manage Roles.
Tick the AdminBarcodePickingOveride permission within the AdminSuper role group.
Finally, click Update.
Un-verifying products on orders
To unverify products on an order, please follow the steps below:
Click Orders then Overview.
Find the order.
Next click Actions then Details.
Click History then Barcode Verification.
Click UnVerify Product on each entry.
Go back to Orders then Overview.
Find the order.
Next click Actions then Scan Actions.
Verify the products again.

ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS
If you receive an error (ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS) when trying to access the Scan Actions page, please follow the steps in this article to unverify the product(s). The error is caused by the Barcode Verification having multiple entries for the same product.
