DPD - Unable to find DPD/Interlink account

This error (Unable to find a DPD Account! Account Type:) can be caused by the wrong account type being selected on the DPD connection or using an Interlink service when the account type is DPD (or vice versa), additionally the error can be caused by the wrong Warehouse being selected.

Steps to resolve this error message:

  1. On the Scan Actions page just above the Create Shipment button, it will list the courier used.

    • Example: Create GEOPOST_INTERLINK Shipment.

  2. If the courier's name is set to GEOPOST_INTERLINK then the account type needs to be Interlink.

  3. If the courier's name is set to GEOPOST_DPD then the account type needs to be DPD.

  4. Navigate Connect, Courier Integrations and then DPD.

  5. Click Edit against the affected connection.

  6. Amend account type based on steps 3 or 4.

  7. Ensure the Warehouse field is populated with the correct warehouse or set to ALL.

  8. Save the changes and generate another shipment.
