If you are getting the following error (An Error Occurred when trying to check for a valid service! - Please check that the Post-Code, Town and Country are correct for the service. International Post - Codes sometimes contain dashes or letters that should be removed - Error:Unable to find Valid Service based on Address!) when trying to generate a shipment for DPD several things could be causing the error.
Incorrect formatting of address
Please check that the address including post code doesn't contain any special characters (Dashes, full stops, etc.) or hidden spaces. Please also check that the address you are sending to is valid by verifying through Google Maps for example.
Missing Shipper address
The issue could also be caused because the shipper's address is missing from the shipment request. The shipper address is taken from the address details of the warehouse where the order is being shipped.

To add or change the address for a warehouse please follow the steps below:
Click Warehouse then Manage Warehouses.
Click Edit.
Enter the address of the warehouse.
Click Save.
Weight
The Issue could also be down to the order weight, if this is over the maximum weight allowed by DPD it will cause this error to show. Increasing the number of parcels can help distribute the weight evenly on the order.
