The Woo Commerce connection page is split into two tabs, the General tab can be reviewed in the Woo Commerce Integration article. To review the Advanced tab, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click Connect then Order Integrations.

  2. Click WooCommerce then Edit against the required connection.

  3. Click the Advanced tab.

  4. The toggles are explained below -

UseComboShippingName

This means Woo Commerce send us more details in the shipping tag to allow you more flexibility on the number of services you can map to orders. Without this toggle turned on, Mintsoft will only get the tag flat_rate, so all orders would come into Mintsoft with limited detail. With the toggle turned out, Mintsoft would get more detail like: flat_rate:secondclass, or flat_rate:firstclass ETC. This helps you so you can better allocate the correct services as needed.

Notify Customer upon Despatch

This will send a notification update to the customer once the order is despatched.

Send Tracking Info

To send tracking information from Mintsoft to WooCommerce, you will first need to enable the Shipment Tracking module on WooCommerce, Mintsoft only supports v1.9.0 of the Shipment Tracking plugin on WooCommerce. Woo Commerce only accepts specific courier names when providing tracking numbers, you'll need to map these using External Courier Service Names.

Note: To see the full list of accepted courier names please review the Woo Commerce support page.

Log API Requests

Enabling Log API Requests on the Woo Commerce connection will create and email notifications to the 3PL client users (Or admins if not a 3PL) with the API requests (Order Import, Stock Sync) made with Woo Commerce. Keep this disabled unless required.

Use Billing Address If Shipping Address Is Null

If the Shipping Address provided by Woo Commerce is empty, the Billing Address will be used instead.
