The error (Error When Creating Manifest: Web Error: {"errors":[{"code":"44044","name":"SHIPMENT_INCOMPLETE_TO_DISPATCH","message":"The shipment with id cannot be included in a new order, as labels have not yet been printed. Please print your labels before creating an order."}]) occurs when one or more orders are not in the correct status in Mintsoft and have not been properly sent to Aus Post. To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
Contact Aus Post and ask them to confirm which order(s) are affected.
Since we cannot search using the Shipment ID, Aus Post will need to provide the linked order information.
Check the order(s) in Mintsoft to ensure they are marked as Printed.
Confirm that the orders also show as Printed in the Aus Post Portal.
If necessary, Aus Post may need to manually manifest the orders up to a certain date.
Once these steps are completed, you will be able to manifest the orders as usual.
