The warehouse map displays all aisles, shelves, and bays within a warehouse, organised by zone. Each shelf uses colour coding to show stock levels briefly.
Understand the colour coding
Warehouse map colours
When viewing the warehouse map, shelves are colour-coded:
Green: No stock is held in any location on the shelf.
Yellow: Some locations on the shelf contain stock (partial stock).
Red: All locations on the shelf contain stock.
Click on any shelf to view its specific locations.
Location view colours
The colour coding differs when viewing individual locations. To view locations:
Click Warehouse then click Manage Warehouses.
Click Locations against the required warehouse.
In the location view:
Green tick (InUse column): The location currently holds stock.
Red X (InUse column): The location doesn't contain any stock.
Note: Deleted locations will still appear on the warehouse map.
