Why is compliance important and why should I check for new or improved integrations
Meeting compliance standards is critical for any business, if neglected it can have a massive impact on a business's finances as you may be issued fines by the HMRC if you're found to be in breach of any neccessary compliance standards as well as the potential reputational damage that you may suffer off the back of this. You should always know what governance you sit under and what compliance standards you are expected to meet. You should make sure you are doing everything you can to meet these standards and making sure you have your finance data, and your operational data sync'd is a key part of that.
What you can do to enhance your data streams and maintain compliance
It's important to note that should Mintsoft not have a pre-built integration service that you wish to use, then the FTP Import may be an option for you to consider with your customers. Whilst Mintsoft does not provide FTP hosting, you may have the required skills within your internal IT department or use an outsourced provider.
Accounting is a key part of the order fulfilment process, you can seamlessly integrate with our very own Access Financials or Mintsoft can also integrate with some external finance platforms such as Quickbooks, Sage and Xero. If you use a finance platform that we don't currently have an integration with, then our open API functionality can be utilised, removing the need for any manual imports which can reduce the risk of data corruption and manual data errors taking place.
