Overview
Resetting pixel installation in MNTN removes the installation state and setup connection shown within the platform. This action does not uninstall or remove pixel code from your website.
To fully remove MNTN pixels from your site, you must uninstall the pixel code directly from the platform used to install it, such as:
Google Tag Manager
Shopify
After resetting installation, you can reinstall your pixels at any time from the Pixels page within My Account.
Steps
In the upper-right corner of the platform click My Account.
From the left navigation pane, click Pixel.
In the upper-right corner of the page, click the gear icon.
Select Reset installation from the menu.
Click View guide to learn how to uninstall the pixel code directly from the platform you used to install it.
Click Yes, I've done this, reset my pixel.
