Within the campaign setup, you can define the Tracking Parameters for each creative group. For all newly attached creatives, you will need to input your Tracking Parameters starting with the Visit URL.
In this article, we'll cover:
Understanding Visit URLs
The Visit URL is the page you want users to visit after viewing your MNTN ads. You will need to add your desired Visit URL (also referred to as 'Destination URLs') for each creative group.
π‘ Note: If using Multi-Touch creative, the Visit URL appended to the Video Creative will apply to the linked Multi-Touch Group. Learn more about linking creatives here.
Using Visit URLs
1οΈβ£ From the Tracking Parameters section, select the Add or Edit option for the Visit URL field.
2οΈβ£ In the Visit URL field, input your desired landing page. This would be a domain URL before a '?'.
3οΈβ£ Once complete, click Done to save your Visit URL.
Best Practices for Visit URLs
π‘Note: URL formatting is case-sensitive. If your URL needs capitalization, contact the Platform Experience team via a support request.
π The Visit URL field must include the https:// or http:// protocol.
π The Visit URL will default to all-lowercase.
π You should not include the "?" character or any strings following that character in this field. Those parameters should all be included in the Visit Tracking field and appended via ampersand (&).
