You’ve chosen to launch your campaign with MNTN Multi-Touch ads; the next step is linking your Multi-Touch asset to its accompanying CTV asset.
Within your campaign shells, you will link your multi-touch ads to a TV ad and/or vice versa. This linkage serves two vital purposes:
Unification: It ensures the correct multi-touch ads are delivered alongside the desired TV content.
Tracking Parameters: It allows you to apply specific tracking parameters to your TV ad and its associated multi-touch ads.
To create this connection, you will upload one multi-touch group for each TV ad you intend to launch. This establishes a one-to-one relationship, ensuring that your multi-touch ads seamlessly align with their respective TV ads, resulting in a cohesive advertising experience.

Linking Your TV Ads and Multi-Touch Ads
By now, your TV and multi-touch creatives are attached to your campaign shell. If you haven't done so yet, please follow these steps. If you've already completed these actions, proceed with the instructions below.
1️⃣ . Go to the Creative step in your campaign setup.
2️⃣ If no other multi-touch group is attached, you'll see four options: Start with a Template, Start with a Blank Ad, Select from My Creative, and Upload Static Creative. If you've appended a group before, click the blue + Add New button in the top-right corner.
3️⃣ Click on Upload Static Creative.
4️⃣ A new pop-up window will appear; input your desired multi-touch group name in the Enter Ad Group Name field.
💡Note: To enable Multi-Touch, navigate to the Budget & Goal tab within your campaign setup.
5️⃣ From the pop-up, you can either:
Click: Upload the file containing your multi-touch ad sizes, or upload the individual ad size files directly from your computer.
Drag: Drag your file containing your multi-touch ad sizes, or individually drop the ad size files onto the page.
6️⃣ Click Save in the pop-up's bottom right corner.
7️⃣ The multi-touch group is added to your campaign shell and goes through an approval process, with a status indicator. To better understand where the creatives are in the approval process, click here.
8️⃣ After approval, link your multi-touch group to an uploaded video ad.
Campaign Status Considerations
Depending on the status of your campaign, your ads must meet a few criteria to link your desired TV and multi-touch ads. Those are outlined below.

Incomplete, Ready, Paused | ⭐ Unlinked: The ad is not linked to any other ad in this campaign shell or another. ⭐ Status: The ad is in either the In Review or Approved status. |
Live | ⭐ Unlinked: The ad is not linked to any other ad in this campaign shell or another. ⭐ Status: Ads must be in the Approved status. If an ad is In Review, it must be reviewed and approved before linking. |
🚩Important: If you launched your campaign without Multi-Touch ads from the start, you cannot add Multi-Touch ads once live. You will have to launch a new campaign shell.
