Powered by AI and machine learning, your domain and creative review process will be quicker than ever. Upon upload, MNTN's automated approval system will immediately begin to analyze your creatives for approval.

In this article, we will review:

Creative Review Process

✅ Once you upload your creatives, our automated approval process begins immediately.

✅ Our AI and Machine Learning technology will quickly analyze your content based on the following requirements:

✅ It typically takes a few minutes for your creatives to complete the analysis process. Once your creatives have been analyzed, they will either be approved or rejected.

✅ You will be notified with an in-app popup notification once your creative has been approved or rejected.

✅ All creatives will be assigned a status and a Creative Feedback value. This can be accessed from your Creative Library or from the Creative section of the attached Campaign.

💡Note: The creative analysis happens in the background, so you can navigate through the UI while the creatives are analyzed.

Approved Creative

✅ All approved creative will have a "Ready," "Attached," or "Live" Status

✅ Approved Creative Feedback will be labeled as "Approved"

✅ The Creative Review card will note that the "Creative follows best practices"

✅ Approved creative can be attached to your Campaigns and weighted accordingly

💡 All Approved Creatives that are duplicated and unedited will be automatically approved

Rejected Creative

❌ Failing the analysis against the Creative Content Guidelines or Technical File Requirements will result in an immediate rejection of your creatives and will require you to edit and reupload your assets

❌ You will be notified with an in-app popup, bell notification, and an email notification if your creative has been rejected. You can click the “review” button on the bell notification to open up the Review page of that creative, which includes the reason for rejection.

❌ Rejected creative will have a "Rejected" status and will show a "Technical and/or Content" label in the Creative Library. You can review the reason for rejection by previewing the asset. This reasoning will detail any technical issues or content guidelines issues

❌ If the rejected creative was uploaded through the Creative Library, you will be unable to attach the rejected creative to campaigns.

💡Note: You cannot duplicate a rejected creative.
