Activation: The automation is triggered when it is active (turned on).
Email timing: Set the time delay for when the email is sent to the shopper after the interaction.
Email content: Send an email to the shopper encouraging them to complete their purchase for the product they inquired about. The email includes a link to the product and allows you to customize the email copy.
