Kinetik’s Member App lets you easily manage all information around the trip you’ve scheduled for that day. If the driver is using a digitally-integrated GPS software, you’ll receive live updates on their status and even their exact location on their way to you.
Select the Trips section at the bottom of your screen and navigate to today’s trip.
Your scheduled trip icon will show your pickup and dropoff address, and will also show how long until your driver is set to arrive. To see more detail, click on the icon.
Once you’ve clicked on the icon, you’ll see an expanded view with even more details on your trip, the driver, and the vehicle.
If the driver is using an integrated GPS software, you can follow their location in real time by clicking the trip and selecting Show Map on the popup. The map will let you follow the driver as they head to your location.
If the driver is not using a GPS software, you can still see when they’ll arrive based on your scheduled pickup, but not track their location. You can call the transportation company by clicking the trip icon and choosing Call Transportation Company.
