How do I manage my notifications?

Navigate to your profile page by clicking your icon in the top right corner of the screen. Once you’re on the page, go to the Settings section and select Notifications. From there, you can turn notifications on/off for each of the following:

  • Trip acceptance and denial

  • Trip cancellations

  • Upcoming trips

  • Reminders for upcoming trips

  • Driver arrival

  • Driver waiting

How do I change my password?

Navigate to your profile page by clicking your icon in the top right corner of the screen. Once you’re on the page, go to Account Settings and select Change my Password. From here you’ll be guided through changing it.

How do I delete my account?

Navigate to your profile page by clicking your icon in the top right corner of the screen. Once you’re on the page, go to Account Settings and select Delete My Account at bottom of the screen. From here you’ll be guided through account deletion.

How do I update my Personal Information

Navigate to your profile page by clicking your icon in the top right corner of the screen. Once you’re on the page, go to Account Settings and select Personal Information at bottom of the screen. From here, you can scroll through your profile and update any of the following:

  • General Information

  • Contact Information

  • Supplemental Information (including any special needs or mobility preferences)

  • Insurance Information

  • Authorized Caregivers

How do I add/manage my supplemental information?

Navigate to your profile page by clicking your icon in the top right corner of the screen. Once you’re on the page, go to Account Settings and scroll down to Supplemental Information. From here, you can add information on any special needs or mobility preferences.

How do I upload/manage my documents?

Navigate to your profile page by clicking your icon in the top right corner of the screen. Once you’re on the page, go to the Account section and select Documents. From this page, you can search or filter your existing trip at the top of the screen, or choose + Add Document to upload and add a preferred name for each.

How can I request to delete my account and personal data permanently?


If you have any questions about reviewing, modifying, or deleting your personal data, you can contact us directly at support@kinetik.care. We may not be able to modify or delete your personal data in all circumstances.
