Setup
On the Dojo terminal, make sure cashback is enabled:
Settings > Integrated Payments > Pay At Counter > Sales with cashback
The POS terminal System Flag - EFT SYSTEM needs to be set as follows:
Prompt for cash back? YES
Cashback adds to Drawer Totaliser: NO or YES
Cashback Out-Drawer Totaliser: CASH in Drawer
Operation
When you press the card button on the POS, you will have the option to select cashback and enter a cashback amount.
Reporting
The cash back amount will report as Fixed Totaliser EFT Cashback on the end of day Z report and TouchOffice Web.
