QR Code scanners for POS terminals (script needs installing on each POS terminal).
Each POS terminal needs configuring for customer loyalty.
ByRetail / ByTable online ordering is required for QR code based loyalty.
Loyalty System Overview:
The loyalty functionality is available on TouchPoint POS terminals & ByRetail / ByTable online ordering.
The loyalty functionality is NOT currently available on PocketTouch or Kiosks.
The customer data for all sites is held centrally, online, in TouchOffice Web.
The loyalty system works in real time and requires a broadband connection.
It’s NOT possible to restrict the earning and redemption of points / discounts by site.
Customers are identified by a unique QR Code accessed via ByRetail / ByTable online ordering.
The loyalty schemes are configured via TouchOffice Web.
Customer reports are available via TouchOffice Web.
