TouchOffice Web has a list of standard voucher / ticket designed that can be used. However, ICRTouch offer a chargeable (one off payment) service to create a custom voucher based on your own design.

See examples below:

The custom voucher should be designed to be printed on an A4 sheet of paper.

Information required for a custom voucher or ticket design:

  1. An example of the finished voucher or ticket. This will be used for us to replicate the layout into our reports engine. Ensure you include all information required as per the set up & use of your vouchers & tickets. For example not everyone will need the dates on a voucher description to be shown.

  2. All images, including background, logos and other elements used. These should be fairly high quality and not pixelated. Your must ensure you have any licenses for the images they are using if this is applicable.

  3. Voucher elements (from TouchOffice Web) that can be added include:

    1. voucher name

    2. voucher value

    3. expiry date

    4. voucher code

    5. voucher barcode.

  4. Any colours used for fonts, shapes and outlines. Hex or RGB is acceptable.

  5. Any fonts used must be listed and include links to the Google Fonts version or equivalent.

Note: We do not accept outside fonts, only links to Google Fonts. If you cannot find your exact font at the link provided below, please find the nearest visually acceptable font.
