Overview
The Entry Ticket Scanner application is a companion app specifically designed to be used alongside the ICRTouch Ticketing solution.
The app is used to scan tickets and access customer verification details. It's ideal for entrances to venues and events where it is not practical to have a static POS terminal.
The Entry Ticket Scanner combines the following features:
Easily scan and validate tickets in or out.
Scan QR codes via your mobile device’s camera.
Access tickets via the in-built search function.
View ticket validity details in seconds.
Track customer verification details (eg. full name & photo ID).
Operate the app in light or dark mode.
Downloading the Ticket Scanner App
The Ticket Scanner App is available to download from:
When you run the app for the first time, you will be prompted to:
Input you TAK - this is a code that will be supplied by Mobo
Input your Device Name - this is for reference eg Johns iPhone
Now tap the Enroll Device button.
A new screen will now appear with the message Enrolment Started.
Tap the button Check Enrolment - let Mobo know that you are setting up a new device as we will need to authorise the device.
Once successfully enrolled, you will be taken to the main screen - tap the Settings menu. The following information is required:
Alias - this is your TouchOffice Web alias that is part of your username.
Site ID - this is the TouchOffice Web site that is configured for tickets.
Clerk ID - this is the clerk that you want to record the ticket validation against.
Using the Ticket Scanner App
Tap the Scan button to scan a Tickets QR code using the devices camera.
If there is a problem scanning the QR code you can press the Find Ticket button to scroll through the list of tickets, select one and then tap the Scan Ticket In button.
The Scan History button will show you the scans in / out for a ticket.
