Time & Attendance Reports

An explanation of the reports generated using clock in / clock out data.

Time Attendance Hours Worked Report:

This report calculates the hours worked and the pay due (if pay rates are being used) for each clerk.

  • The report shows each time & attendance event (clock in, clock out, break in, break out) by clerk for each day of the week.

  • The date and time of the event is shown, along with the POS terminal ID that the event occured on.

  • Total hours worked for each day and a total for the date range selected.

  • Total pay due (if pay rates are being used)

Time Attendance Daily Hours Worked Report:

This report calculates the hours worked for each clerk by day:

  • The report shows each time & attendance event (clock in, clock out, break in, break out) by clerk for each day of the week.

  • The date and time of the event is shown, along with the POS terminal ID that the event occured on.

  • Total hours worked for each day and a total for the date range selected

Time Attendance Daily Shifts Report:

This report calculates the hours worked for each shift (clock in/out period) and day for each clerk:

  • The report shows each time & attendance event (clock in, clock out, break in, break out) by clerk for each day of the week.

  • The date and time of the event is shown, along with the POS terminal ID that the event occured on.

  • Total hours worked for each shift within a day

  • Total hours worked for each day and a total for the date range selected

Time And Attendance Audit Trail Report:

This report provides a date and time audit trail for clock in/out and break in/out events:

  • For each clerk and day of week

  • Event Type - Clock In, Clock Out, Break In, Break Out

  • Date and Time of Event Type

  • POS terminal ID event happened

Weekly Summary Report:

This report calculates, for each clerk, the hours worked each day and the total wage amount (if pay rates have been set) for a specific week.

Monthly Summary Report:

This report calculates, for each clerk, the hours worked each day and the total wage amount (if pay rates have been set) for a specific month.

Adjust Times Report:

This report enables you to manually edit the clock in and clock out times for a clerk.

  • Each time & attendance event is displayed for each clerk along with an edit button.

  • Click the edit button to change the event date / time.

  • A reason for adjustment field enable a note to be recorded.

  • You must wait until the next business day to be able to adjust times.

Adjustment Audit Report:

The adjustment audit is used to track manual changes to clock in and out times.

  • Date of change

  • TouchOffice Web User that made the change

  • Clerk that was changed

  • Time & attendance event that was changed (clock in, clock out)

  • Original time & date

  • New time & date

  • Reason for change

Adjustment Audit by User Report:

The adjustment audit is used to track manual changes to clock in and out times. The adjustments are sorted by user. For each TouchOffice Web user that made adjustments, the following information is shown:

  • Date of change

  • Clerk that was changed

  • Time & attendance event that was changed (clock in, clock out)

  • Original time & date

  • New time & date

  • Reason for change

Clerk Pay Rate Summary Report:

The clerk pay rate summary details the pay rates that have been configured for each clerk and any start / end date or time for the pay rate.
