PocketTouch was closed pending EFT Result! Recover last EFT transaction?

This error message can be caused by the following:

  • Pressing the Android home button when in the dojo pay app causes PocketTouch to close and creates an eft pending transaction.

  • Rebooting the Dojo whilst waiting for a Dojo payment to go through.

Solution:

Check that <EHPBEFORESYNC> is false in the TouchPoint GlobalSettings.xml (this file is located in the ICRTouch\Socket Config folder).
