Customer Options Tick Boxes:
Blacklisted - when ticked it locks the customer account to prevent use. This works on the POS and on ByRetail online.
New Customer - this only applies to the POS (not online). When ticked, the first time a customer card is swiped at the POS, the POS will prompt for the new customer details eg name, telephone number etc (the information prompts can be configured on the POS via PROGRAMMING > CUSTOMERS > CUSTOMER CONTROL).
Not allowed Selective Item 5 items - this only applies to the POS (not online). If ticked it prevents the sale of any products that have the Selective Itemiser 5 flag set.
Enable Start/Expiry Dates - this is normally used for membership systems. If ticked you can add a start date and an expiry date to control when the customers membership is valid.
